GOODS IN TRANSIT INSURANCE

Condition

  1. Excluding mysterious disappearance, unexplained loss in weight, wear and tear, moth, vermin, tail end risk, rejection risk, inherent vice, gradual deterioration or loss due to faulty nature
  2. Excluding loss and/or damages which in any way caused or facilitated by the dishonesty of any person or persons in the service of or employed by the Insured
  3. Excluding Rusting, Oxidation and Discoloration absolutely
  4. Excluding Scratching, Chipping, Bending, Denting, Marring, and Breakage unless caused by Insured’s perils.
  5. Excluding Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Breakdown/ Derangement
  6. Excluding overnight storage risk
